We often get asked, "What happened to Franny's ears?" The truth is - nothing! Franny is a LaMancha goat and one of their most notable features are their tiny ears! The LaMancha goats are the only goat breed to have been developed in the United States.

Franny came to Safe in Austin to be a special friend for Cutie Pie - our special needs goat. Cutie Pie isn't steady enough on her feet to be with the rest of the goat herd, so she needed a few special friends to help her learn how to be a goat - and Franny is a great teacher!
