Bambi is the momma and Thumper and Flower are her twins!   They pretty much look like triplets now and it’s so cute!   Flower developed a hernia as a baby and we took her to the vet to see what we could do.   To our surprise typically goats with hernias get put down because most people are not willing to pay the surgery fee for a goat and the surgery is risky.   We, however, believe everyone deserves a chance.   We raised the $550 for her surgery and she did wonderfully!!   

 

This sweet little family has been in the special needs yard while she recovered and we are so thankful that her mom and brother were able to help her through her recovery!

Flower has been an important friend for children that have visited with their own scars from surgeries or medical procedures.  Getting to watch them talk about being brave and comparing scars is just one of the amazing ways this sweet little family is helping to heal hearts!
