Amelia is one of the Leghorn chickens that came from A&M.   They are bred to be meat chickens that get big real fast.   The only reason we can tell Amelia apart from her three other sisters is because Amelia is our explorer!   Most of the chickens all stay pretty close together and in their chicken yard.   Ameilia was one of the first to jump the fence to explore, and she always did it alone!   It’s fun to let everyone out in the morning, because Amelia is always the first to greet us in the front yard!
