Chipmonk was a 4-H chick.   Lots of schools and clubs like to hatch chicks in the spring to show the process of how it all works, but most of them have no intention of keeping them after hatching.  We have taken in many 4-H, FFA, or school project chickens!  Chipmonk is one of our favorites because of her super “chubby” cheeks!!  Don’t you just want to squeeze them!!
