Meet Kenny, a domestic violence surviving Tortoise. His owner reached out to us and asked if we could take Kenny.  Kenny's  life was in danger if they she couldn't find a new home for Kenny ,as she was finally strong enough to leave after experiencing domestic violence. She was so sad to have to rehome Kenny but of course we offered to let her visit whenever she needed.

Kenny has quickly become one of our kids favorites. They love to read books to him and he loves to listen.
