Techno is a Frenchie with Sacrocaudal Dysgenesis (a congenital disorder of the spinal cord). He is 100% incontinent, but currently has use of all four legs. Him and Peaches are precious together and since he has total mobility he is able to keep up with our feisty little bulldog!!
